e. Social Media Policy:
We encourage our contractors to use social media responsibly and respectfully. Frequent or unexplained tardiness or absences may result in being removed from our roster.
i. Leave of Absence:
We provide various types of leave to accommodate personal, medical, and family-related needs. Eligibility, entitlements, and the process for requesting and approving leave will be outlined in the company's leave policy, which contractors should refer to when needed.

To support growth and development, we conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and contractors. These evaluations help identify strengths, areas for improvement, and professional development opportunities. We encourage open communication and welcome suggestions and ideas for enhancing our organization.
