1. Scope of Work
- Dancer agrees to perform as a backup dancer for the artist Donya during the local performances in connection with the World Tour ("Tour").
- Dancer’s involvement will include rehearsals and performances that will take place locally (within the country and/or specified region).
- Rehearsal and performance schedules will be provided by the Company.
2. Compensation
- Dancer will be compensated $2500 aed for:
- Self Learning from Video & Recording due December 27th, 2024
- Show Day- tech and show
- Scheduled Rehearsals (6-8 hrs)
- Payment will be made within 3-4 weeks of completion of each Show, following the submission of an invoice or as otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Expenses
- The Tour will not cover any travel, flight, or accommodation expenses for the Dancer, as the Dancer will not be traveling outside the specified region.
4. Rehearsal Expectations
- Dancer agrees to attend all scheduled rehearsals punctually and be prepared by learning choreography from video footage or other materials provided in advance.
- Dancer must self-record a video of their learned choreography and share it with the Dance Captain for review by December 27, 2025, to ensure proper support and guidance.
- Failure to meet rehearsal expectations (e.g., lack of preparation, tardiness) may result in disciplinary actions, including termination of this Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
- All choreography, costumes, music, and other creative content used in the Tour are the sole intellectual property of Donya, the Company, and/or its affiliates.
- Dancer acknowledges and agrees that they have no ownership rights to the intellectual property used in the Tour and agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Tour-related content without the prior written consent of the Company.
6. Health and Safety
- Dancer acknowledges that participation in the Tour involves inherent risks, including physical strain and the potential for injury.
- Dancer agrees to perform at their own risk and will hold the Company and its affiliates harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the local performances.
7. Insurance
- Dancer is responsible for maintaining their own health, travel, and accident insurance.
- The Company does not provide any insurance coverage for the Dancer.
8. Code of Conduct
- Dancer agrees to adhere to professional behavior standards and to follow all instructions provided by the Company and the artist's team.
- Any misconduct or violation of the terms may result in immediate termination of the Agreement without compensation.
9. Termination
- The Dancer is required to fully commit to the performance and may not terminate this Agreement until after the scheduled local performance has taken place.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of 2 weeks only after the show and if arrangements for any tickets or accommodations are not in place.
- In the event of termination, the Dancer will only be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date and will not receive compensation for any future performances or obligations.
10. Confidentiality
- Dancer agrees not to disclose any confidential information regarding the artist, Tour details, or Company operations, both during and after the term of this Agreement.
11. Indemnification
- Dancer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising out of their actions or omissions during the Tour.
12. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
