Client Agreement:
We lock in Talent availability based on location and time approved. If delayed, talents time still start at agreed upon calltime. If location or detail changes the day of, additonal charges apply.
Location, date and times must be provided 48 hours in advance to lock in talent.
* IMP: Must provide date, time and location to check availability. Any changes after submitted may result in changes to talents availability.
Administration fee of $25/talent will be added for any change in details as we work hard to lock in responsible and reliable talent and takes extra work when details have been changed.
If Talent cancels or shows up late, we will deduct their pay accordingly.
50% non refundable deposit is due in advance to confirm Talent for production. We work hard to ensure reliable talent for success of production. Any last minute cancelation, talent who have been confirmed now has lost other work opportunities and will be compensated for their dedication to project. If provided 24 hour cancelation notice, deposit can be used for reschedule.
Talent compensation starts at calltime to wrap time- Not their time on camera. Talent is compensated for agreed upon amount even if they are not used on camera. They still traveled, prepared and arrived on set, ready for production.
It is understood that if this is a “rain or shine” event, MM Entertainment is in no way affected by the inclement weather. For outdoor performances, Purchaser shall provide overhead shelter for performers. The performer reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him/her or the audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance however; safety is paramount in all decisions. The performers compensation will not be affected by such cancellation. Purchaser shall provide MM Entertainment Performers & Artists with a safe and appropriate work condition. MM Entertainment requests a private changing space where dancers can keep their personal belongs and change into costumes.
MME will send submissions of availability for production to approve when requested.
We understand these are typically small productions and set holdings for talent may not be provided. Please advise of near by location for talent to be on held until needed for production if on location or outdoors to keep warm.
Please advise if there is more then one location. Travel compensation between locations may be applied depending on distance. Carpool may need to be arranged.
Please advise of parking details in advance. Parking compensation may be requested.
Talent do not handle payment. Please email transfer payment once talent has wrapped, by end of day.
Day of bookings will involve a higher rate to accommodate requests less then 12 hours notice.
Confirm length of time frame you need for Talent in advance. If overtime, additional charges will be applied.
