COMPANY OVERVIEW

MM Entertainment is a Toronto-based professional performance company that specializes in live entertainment and video production. We bring events to life by providing interactive performers for special occasions, professional projects, and more. From dancers and models to specialty acts, our diverse talent shines on stages across the GTA, international TV, and in music videos for artists worldwide.


ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales & Customer Relations Intern to join the MM Entertainment team remotely. This internship is ideal for individuals eager to grow their experience in sales, client communications, and business development within the live entertainment industry. You'll play an essential role in supporting our sales pipeline, improving client relationships, and contributing to our overall growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Support outreach to prospective and existing clients through email, calls, and social platforms


Assist in maintaining and updating the sales tracker and CRM tools


Participate in daily sales training (Cardone University – 15 mins/day)


Learn and practice lead generation and qualification strategies


Join client meetings and take part in follow-ups and relationship building


Review and understand MM Entertainment’s services, packages, and audience


Assist in creating and improving sales materials and pitch decks


Role-play real sales and customer service scenarios to build confidence and effectiveness


1.⁠ ⁠PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP

The purpose of this internship is to provide hands-on experience in Sales and Customer Relations at MM Entertainment. The intern will gain exposure to real client communications, sales strategies, and industry best practices. This internship is structured as a learning experience and does not constitute an employment relationship.



2. TERMS OF INTERNSHIP

a) The intern agrees to complete 120 hours within the agreed timeframe. b) The internship is unpaid and intended for educational and professional development purposes. c) The intern will report to Kavita Prasad, who will provide guidance and supervision. d) Work hours will be determined by both parties and recorded for university verification.

e) The intern agrees to adhere to MM Entertainment’s policies and maintain professionalism throughout the internship.


3. INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling.

  • Engaging in market research and promotional strategies.

  • Supporting event planning and execution.

  • Completing assigned projects in a timely manner.

  • Attending regular check-in meetings with the supervisor.


4. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

MM Entertainment agrees to:

a) Provide a structured learning environment and relevant tasks.

b) Offer regular feedback and mentorship.

c) Ensure that the intern has access to necessary resources.

d) Verify hours completed for university records.

e) Sign any required documentation for university approval.


5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information learned during the internship and to not disclose such information to third parties.


6. TERMINATION

This agreement may be terminated by either party with prior written notice if the internship is no longer beneficial or if expectations are not being met.


7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURES

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
