Melanie McGregor is a passionate and creative force in the entertainment industry. She has been a successful entrepreneur since the age of 16. Melanie's background in performance arts and marketing gives her a unique understanding of the industry, and her commitment to excellence has earned her a well-deserved reputation. With her drive, ambition, and expertise, Melanie has created a business that not only offers entertainment services, but also provides a platform for talented dancers and performers to share their craft.
Anca is an experienced skilled professional with a strong educational background. She holds a Master's degree from the University of Toronto and a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School. With over 10 years of experience in teaching dance, Anca also brings expertise in administration, marketing, and graphic design to her role at MM Entertainment. As the Media Marketing Manager and Operations Manager, Anca works closely with Melanie to drive the company's marketing efforts and manage its day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, overseeing the company's social media presence, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to the team in various administrative tasks.
Alessandra has over a decade of experience working in the entertainment industry as talent in the professional music industry and as a marketing executive. She is committed to enabling creatives to produce experiences through the mainstream media and entertainment outlets. The mission is to focus on business development and growth, and she is passionate about educating talent on turning their passion into a profitable career. She describes her work with MMEntertainment as rewarding, and is proud to play a role in helping to grow this female-led talent agency to reach levels of global success.
Ashley is the talent coordinator and a company dancer for MM Entertainment. She discovered the world of entertainment after graduating from York University with a BFA in Dance, specializing in choreography and performance. She is fortunate enough to be able to pursue her passions, grow her dance vocabulary, perform with renowned artists and at weekly prestigious events with MM. Now as the talent coordinator she helps manage the vast array of talent a part of MM and ensures they thrive in this industry.
