MM ENTERTAINMENT INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT

Visual Identity & Multimedia Internship

1. COMPANY OVERVIEW

MM Entertainment is a Toronto-based professional performance company that specializes in live entertainment and video production. We bring events to life through immersive storytelling, character-driven concepts, and visually impactful experiences. Our performers have appeared on international stages, in music videos, and across branded live and digital campaigns. We work with creative professionals to deliver premium entertainment for events, media, and luxury experiences.


2. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are excited to welcome Subah Zaman as our Visual Identity & Multimedia Intern. This internship is ideal for a creative professional interested in art direction, branding, illustration, and content creation. Intern will contribute to the development of visual campaigns, storyboards, pitch decks, and branded materials for our internal projects and client-facing entertainment experiences.


3. PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP

The purpose of this internship is to provide hands-on experience in visual storytelling and multimedia production in a real-world entertainment environment. The intern will gain practical skills in design, branding, and concept development, while also receiving mentorship and guidance toward their goals as an aspiring Art Director. This internship is structured as a professional learning experience and does not constitute an employment relationship.


4. TERMS OF INTERNSHIP

a) The intern agrees to complete 120 hours within the agreed-upon timeframe.

b) The internship is unpaid and is intended for educational and professional development.

c) The intern will report to Melanie McGregor, who will provide supervision and support.

d) A mutually agreed-upon schedule will be followed and hours will be recorded for academic credit or institutional reporting.

e) The intern agrees to adhere to MM Entertainment’s values, brand guidelines, and professional standards.


5. INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern’s responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Designing visual assets for immersive shows, campaigns, and internal branding

  • Creating storyboards and creative mockups for pitches or concept decks

  • Supporting with content creation for digital platforms (illustration, animation, motion graphics, etc.)

  • Assisting in the development of brand identity materials for live entertainment experiences

  • Participating in creative brainstorming, feedback sessions, and production meetings

  • Completing assigned projects in a timely and collaborative manner


6. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

MM Entertainment agrees to:a) Provide a structured, respectful, and creatively stimulating environmentb) Offer regular feedback, direction, and mentorshipc) Ensure access to necessary tools, templates, and brand guidesd) Verify hours completed for university or program requirementse) Sign all required university or placement documentation


7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, brand-sensitive, or client-related information and will not disclose such information to any third party without permission from MM Entertainment.


8. TERMINATION

This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice if the internship is no longer mutually beneficial or if expectations and standards are not being met.


9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURES

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
