Puppy Yoga Breeder's Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of 

by and between MMEntertainment, hereinafter referred to as the "Studio," and

hereinafter referred to as the "Breeder.".hereinafter referred to as the "Breeder.".

1. Services Provided: The Breeder agrees to provide the Studio with the service of allowing their puppies to participate in the Studio's puppy yoga class to take place on the

2. Compensation: The Studio agrees to compensate the Breeder at a rate of $100.00 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum for the day.

3. Itinerary: A detailed itinerary for the date of the class will be communicated to the Breeder approximately 24 hours prior to the class.

 4. Commitment and Cancellation: Once the Breeder commits to a date, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Any last-minute cancellations will result in the Studio refraining from using the Breeder's services in the future. 

5. Insurance: The puppies participating in the class are covered under the Studio's insurance. 

6. Payment: Payment will be made within 2-3 days of class date via e-transfer. 

7. Puppy Drop-off: Puppies are to be dropped off 30 minutes before class start time.

8. Cleaniness: Please arrive with puppies freshly bathed and bring any speciality cleaning supplies as needed.  

9. Items to Bring: Breeders are required to bring puppy training pee pads, treats, toys, and blankets to make the puppies feel comfortable. 

10. Rest Period: A mandatory 30-minute rest period is implemented between classes for the puppies to rest, eat, and regain their energy. 

11. Outdoor

Area: Breeders are welcome to bring the puppies' parents to the outdoor area if desired, and are able to wait in this outdoor area during classes if they so choose. 

12. Sales and Referral Fee: While sales are not actively promoted during classes, participants may inquire about purchasing or adopting puppies. The Studio is happy to connect participants with the Breeder and requests a 20% referral fee, up to $250.00, for promoting the pups to its audience. 

12. Applicable Laws: All terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
