When you see a booking that you are interested in, you will read the details to ensure that you are interested in the opportunity. You will then submit yourself via Evolia for consideration by selecting “Take shift”. Once the MM Casting Team receives the submission, we then send your custom curated MM Portfolio to the client who is booking with us. The client will have final say on who they would like to have for their booking and Talent will be cast accordingly.

• We have noticed that clients are more partial to high quality images of Talent that show variety and character - multiple styles of poses, multiple types of shots, multiple angles, multiple outfits, etc.

• Clients are the final say for all bookings. We submit all of those who are interested, but the final choice is from the client.

Yay! Once you are confirmed for a booking, you will be added and receive additional information via Whatsapp. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask in the WhatsApp group before the gig and as soon as possible.

Your scope of work is briefly provided in the Evolia casting for you to understand the basics of what is needed for the booking. Once you are casted for the booking, you will be provided with more information about what is required via WhatsApp.

Please note that when you are selected for the booking, you are locked in. The client has specifically chosen you for this event. If you need to cancel, please do so within 48 hours of the booking and have a replacement ready to take your place that is of the same physical appearance as well as the same (or higher) skill level than yourself. Based on the timing of your cancellation, it will be noted in your file and may affect how you are selected for future opportunities.

• We recommend updating your portfolio if your look has changed (ie: a different hair colour, hair cut, new tattoos, etc.), if you have taken professional photos recently, and have photos/videos of performance that show the variety you can provide - clients like to see that you are adaptable.

• Yes! We use pictures to market MM Entertainment, but also as free marketing material for you! Clients have and will reach out to us if they see an image of you on our socials and would like to book YOU for an event.

• We want pictures from all of your events! Please use our Photo Tips Guide to ensure that you have good lighting, the proper background, and the right angles. We do not want selfies, but enjoy seeing them to see you having fun!

• BTS pictures are always welcome!
